Can advisors offer free meetings?

Yes, advisors can offer sessions at no cost by setting their rate to zero. Free sessions can be helpful for introductions, mentorship, community support, or trial consultations. You can switch back to paid sessions anytime.

How do advisors rate works?

Advisors choose their own rates and session lengths. Some offer free sessions, and some use community discount codes for students or special groups. You’ll always see the full cost before booking.

How do advisors earning works?

Advisors are paid in USD after each completed session via PayPal. Earnings depend on your rate and number of completed calls.

Response time for advisors?

Advisors have up to seven days to reply to meeting requests. If there is no response, the request expires automatically so you are never left waiting without clarity.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the meeting, depending on advisor availability. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is not guaranteed, so please book times you expect to attend. If you need help, you can contact support for assistance.

You only enter payment details once a meeting is scheduled, depending on the booking method. Your card is charged after confirmation, not when you first send the request.

How do meeting requests work?

Choose a person, share your goal, and send your request. If they use Instant Booking, the meeting confirms when you choose a time. If they review first, you will be notified once they accept and then pick a time. You are charged only once the meeting is confirmed.

How do I find the right person?

Search on Meex or use our Chrome extension on LinkedIn. You’re not limited to people already on the platform; you can request a meeting with anyone who fits your goals.
