01What happens after I send a request?
The person receives your meeting goal and request details. They can accept, decline, or suggest a different rate. After acceptance, choose an available time and confirm your meeting.
02How long do they have to respond?
A request for review stays open for up to seven days. If there is no response, it expires and you are not charged.
03Can I book without waiting?
When a person offers Instant Booking, you can choose an available time and confirm immediately. Instant Booking reserves a future meeting; it does not start a live call.
04When am I charged?
Preparing or sending a normal request does not charge you. For a paid meeting, payment happens when you confirm the booking. Instant Booking includes payment, when required, as part of confirmation.
05Can I offer meetings too?
Yes. The same Meex account can request meetings and offer time. Set up your profile, availability, and free or paid meeting options in the hub.
06Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel a pending request in Meex. For confirmed meetings, cancellation and rescheduling options depend on the meeting timing and applicable policy. Review the details in your meeting record.
