Purpose of Access: We use this information only to display your availability, prevent double bookings, allow you to schedule meetings, and automatically add confirmed meetings to your calendar.
Data Storage and Retention: Calendar event data is not permanently stored on Meex servers. Availability data may be cached temporarily and securely for scheduling purposes only. We retain this cached data only as long as needed to deliver the scheduling functionality and then automatically delete it.
Data Deletion: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Meex account settings. Once disconnected, we immediately revoke our access and delete any cached calendar data associated with your account. You may also request deletion of all data related to your Meex account by contacting us at hi@meex.co, and we will process the deletion in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Sharing: We do not share Google Calendar data with third parties. Your information is used solely within the Meex platform to deliver the scheduling functionality.
Security: All Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and secured with industry-standard encryption.

Advertising partners and other third parties may use cookies, scripts, and/or web beacons to track visitor activities on this website to display advertisements and other useful information.
